As an Associate on the Marketing Automation Platform team, you’ll play an important role in the company’s customer lifecycle and overall marketing strategy by supporting the lifecycle team.
In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents. For this role, we are seeking a self-motivated, hungry-to-learn candidate with experience building emails and automations.
Responsibilities:
• Build and test emails and marketing automation using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment
• Partner with broader marketing and design teams to engage in the standardization of email marketing practices and identify creative opportunities to test and optimize marketing performance
• Review email code, test and troubleshoot emails across multiple browsers and email clients using rendering tools such as Litmus
• Update and help develop team documentation and participate in brainstorming sessions to drive greater efficiency through the email channel
• Assist the team in generating samples for approval processes
Requirements:
• Prefer 1+ years of experience building emails and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience writing or modifying AMPscript is a plus
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design concepts
• A self-starter that brings positive energy, innovative ideas and has a passion for email development and email marketing
Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $54,800-70,000. However, final base pay will be carefully
determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
