Position Overview:
Axon is seeking an experienced Federal Marketing and Public Affairs Director to lead our marketing and public affairs efforts in the federal sector. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, demand, and strategic communications with key federal stakeholders in both the FedCiv and DoD spaces. You will work closely with our federal sales, government affairs, and product teams to craft messaging that resonates with decision-makers in the federal space, aligning Axon’s solutions with the needs of federal agencies.
As the Federal Marketing and Public Affairs Director, you will play a critical role in promoting Axon’s mission of protecting life and innovation across the federal market. Your efforts will directly impact Axon’s growth by creating and executing strategies that position us as a thought leader and trusted partner for federal law enforcement, defense, and other government agencies.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 145,800 in the lowest geographic market and USD 233,280 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
