Blackbird Labs is looking for a Marketing Director to build and lead a high impact marketing function. You’ll develop and execute strategies to drive consumer awareness, education, acquisition, and engagement of the Blackbird brand and product. Leading a small team, you’ll oversee cross-channel marketing and roll up your sleeves to ensure flawless execution. Your mission: create a flywheel effect that drives sustained growth and long-term success.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in consumer and B2B marketing, with expertise in product marketing, growth tactics, and cross-channel brand building.
Depending on your work location and experience the target annual salary for this position can range from: $225 - $275k USD. This range does not include the equity component of the overall compensation package. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law.
Full time offers from Blackbird may also include stock options, benefits (including medical, dental, vision, flexible time off, 401(k)), and some not-so-standard, extra-fun perks — subject to applicable taxes and based on eligibility.
