Marketing Designer

We are looking for a Digital (Marketing) Designer with a passion for designing cross platform experiences that put the user at the heart of every design solution. Reporting to our Lead Marketing Designer, you will support the Marketing team and think about how campaigns can take a mobile first design approach, and how these will be translated cross platform onto our app or web.

Your responsibilities will includes delivering all in-house design requests for Experian's consumer marketing department in the UK. You will support the team to drive positive cross platform customer experiences whilst exceeding performance targets, for new and existing consumer propositions.

  • Create social assets for different social platforms including static and video content.
  • Provide advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns and projects by presenting concepts and ideas to optimise creatives.
  • Produce onsite display advertising for Marketing campaigns, with an understanding of cross-platform campaigns and best practices.
  • Produce email designs and work closely with CRM to evolve our email presence and visual identity, whilst ensuring we are working to industry best practices and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
  • Work with the Design Lead help to evolve our brand experience on social and display advertising.
  • Produce on brand internal presentations and launch videos.
  • Be data-driven and interested in testing and improving designs whilst also suggesting ways to evolve and shape our creative to help us roadmap future test ideas.

We're looking for someone who has an absolute passion for user centred design experiences, and is excited to bring their ideas to the table to help us transform our online customer experience.

  • Experience within a commercial design team.
  • Deep knowledge of the design process
  • Understanding of typography and layout and how designs adapt for different platforms.
  • Experience with digital design best practices.
  • Flexibility to work in a cross-functional environment with multiple priorities to manage.
  • Proficient in design tools (preferably Figma) and Adobe CC including After Effects.
