About the role
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Marketing Designer who can craft compelling visual assets that amplify our brand across various marketing channels. You’ll report directly to our Head of Design but work closely with our marketing team to help drive key initiatives. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality design solutions for our marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital content. You’ll also be a key player in translating our brand’s vision into engaging visuals, with a particular emphasis on creating compelling Google Slides presentations and marketing collateral.
The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create visually compelling assets for campaigns, email marketing, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
- Designing polished and on-brand presentations primarily in Google Slides for internal and external audiences, ensuring a consistent visual narrative.
- Developing marketing collateral such as digital ads, landing pages, infographics, and event materials.
- Translating marketing concepts into visual storytelling through a strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Working in Figma to design web and social graphics, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Ensuring consistency of brand identity across all marketing and design outputs.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and offering creative input to elevate design projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (copywriters, product marketing, and external vendors) to align design outputs with broader marketing goals.
What experience are we looking for?
- You have 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a related role.
- You are proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- You have strong visual design skills, with a portfolio showcasing clean, modern designs for marketing or presentations. Your previous work demonstrates a solid understanding of layout, colour theory, and typography in both digital and print formats.
- You have experience creating presentations in Google Slides with a high level of polish and attention to detail.
- You can take direction but also bring your creative insights to the table.
- You have experience working with marketing teams and understanding marketing objectives.
- You can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- You have strong communication skills and can articulate and present design decisions effectively.
