An exciting opportunity has arisen to join CAPA’s innovative marketing team as the Marketing Coordinator, supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and broader marketing team in the delivery and implementation of marketing activity including marketing campaign execution, digital and content coordination and creation and design support.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to Senior Marketing Manager and broader marketing team while working as an effective, collaborative team member. Support could include delivering meeting minutes, completing research requests, creating design assets, brainstorming new ideas, assisting with PR initiatives, coordinating invoices, credit card reconciliations and maintaining advertising trackers and cost trackers.
- Assist with executing multi-channel marketing programmes and campaigns to promote CAPA products and services plus those of our partners and sponsors. This could include developing lead gen forms/surveys, coordinating databases, deploying and executing the marketing activities, assisting with email marketing, regular reporting, ROI tracking, internal comms etc.
- Maintain online and offline marketing databases through general maintenance of data
- Assist with the rollout of content marketing strategies. This could include uploading content in systems, scheduling the distribution and/or managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Conduct research and report on marketing activities to analyse market trends and the competitor landscape, review customer behaviours, track and analyse internal campaign and/or sponsor ROI, explore paid and/or contra marketing opportunities, track customer feedback etc.
- Edit marketing material and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain marketing software including marketing automation software (e.g. Eloqua) / social media management tools to drive marcomms plans and enhance customer experience. Ensure that best practice guides are adhered to.
- Assist with driving and communicating sales qualified leads to sales department e.g. share behaviour metrics (click through reports), booth utilisation reports, inbound lead updates etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or tertiary-level qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrable experience in similar roles
- Strong written, communication and listening skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience with marketing automation software or other email marketing tools, social media management tools, CRMs and Google Analytics
- Understanding of target audiences and consumer behaviours
- Familiarity with a variety of marketing concepts, best practices, and procedures
