Overview: Join Liquor Barn as a Marketing Coordinator where you will be an instrumental part in executing Liquor Barns loyalty and event based marketing programs. This role will be responsible for providing leadership and professional expertise in the planning of both large and small scale field events; including in-store tastings, demos, key activation planning, marketing and execution as well as market events. You will also lead the marketing strategy for in-store and off premise events to grow event attendance and ROI. This role will also be responsible for leading Liquor Barn’s Loyalty Program, working with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies to grow adoption of the program as well as increase engagement with current members. As part of the Gopuff retail marketing team, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager of Liquor Barn and have the opportunity to work across operations, merchandising, store field teams, vendors and the broader retail marketing team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate from concept to execution all in-store and off premise event marketing
- Built Liquor Barn’s event marketing playbook to templatize event execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow event attendance and ROI
- Establish event program KPIs and build reporting to track individual event performance as well as the overall health of the event marketing program
- Define loyalty program KPIs and develop reporting to track the engagement and success of the loyalty program
- Develop and deploy cross-channel marketing strategies to increase adoption and engagement across Liquor Barns loyalty program to drive growth of membership and sales penetration
- Establishes strong working relationships with cross-functional internal partners as well as external vendors to ensure events run successfully.
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: 1-3 years experience working in marketing or event management preferably in a retail setting
- Analytics Skills: Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Creativity: Ability to conceptualize and develop creative and copy to clearly articulate desired messaging in a compelling manner.
- Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.
- Problem Solving and Decision Quality: Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.
