- Assist, organize and be present at photo and video shoots in Evolution’s Live Casino studio in Georgia, Armenia, and other European studios, if needed;
- Assist with asset organization, renaming files and uploading content to the Client Area;
- Assist with Client Area maintenance and improvements;
- Assist the Marketing Managers with ongoing projects;
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders using appropriate internal tools, including ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines;
- Work closely and assist the Visual Content Manager with ongoing projects;
- Writing creative briefs for the Marketing creative design teams and other teams;
- Assist with JIRA and WIKI improvements and updates;
- Undertake market research to keep up with new industry trends, as well as provide reports on improvements and new ideas;
- To undertake project-specific roles for any marketing productions that needs specific assistance or ownership;
- Ensure the appropriate use of corporate logo, colors, templates, and signatures in line with the corporate guidelines;
- Manage, advise on, and deliver marketing requests from stakeholders, foster a strong relationship with internal stakeholders, third parties, agencies, 36 and other partners where necessary;
- Contribute to an effective, efficient, and productive marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies, and values are followed.
- Experience in a similar marketing role is an advantage;
- Experience in the online casino industry is advantage;
- Higher education, preferably in Marketing/Business field;
- Full Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal, Russian will be a plus;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadline;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Well-organized, independent, and methodical;
- Enthusiasm and initiative;
- Self-motivation and a desire to learn.
