Project Description
We are looking for a Growth Coordinator – a data-driven professional that is both analytical and creative and can use data and business insights to build and manage a comprehensive marketing plan, while implementing growth experiments with the aim of attracting new talents and customers, and ultimately a good reputation and revenue for our organization.
Responsabilities
- Map new content to be produced on our blog, social media channels and oversee all content that the brand puts out;
- Create and execute high-growth campaigns for talent and customer acquisition, ensuring that leads are converted into employees or new customers;
- Develop and execute online and offline campaigns to drive traffic to digital channels
- Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels;
- Structure with other departments strategies for funnel conversion improvement and conduct the experiments analyzing and presenting feedback on the results achieved;
- Provide data and analysis for decision making and measurement of marketing effectiveness;
- Create and guarantee a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth;
Requirements:
- Experience in a highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environments
- Experience creating and managing Marketing campaigns;
- Experience using email marketing software and Ad platforms;
- High Level Knowledge in SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- High Level Knowledge of Website analytical tools
- High English Level / Spanish will be an advantage
- Analytical experience including converting raw data into actionable insights
- Solid experience in Growth, Performance or Digital Marketing
