Carry out marketing campaigns
- Elaborate the workplan and the associated Milestones in line with programme/projects objectives;
- Develop strategies, allocate resources, monitor and optimise campaigns and track performances;
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the marketing campaigns, in close collaboration with the programme/projects Technical Officers;
- Set and manage the campaigns KPIs and set corrective actions as needed;
- Define the KPI to measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns;
- Ensure the organisation of the monthly progress meeting and the organisation and follow up of the corrective actions identified during the KPI analysis;
- Manage the campaigns budget;
- Organise monthly progress meetings with ESA internal customer (weekly with programmes Tos) to
- Provide an overview of the progress of the campaigns;
- Check the schedule;
- Manage new requests.
- Coordinate with the team of editors/designers/social media and websites to have the content published in time and within high quality standard;
- Report to management on the correct execution of the campaigns in time and within high quality standard on a weekly basis.
Conduct market research and identify target audiences
- Analyse target market data and stakeholders (“customer”) needs;
- Lead surveys, interviews;
- Prepare the Audience profiling for the campaigns in close collaboration with the market intelligence team and the project/programme team.
Set marketing objectives and goals
- Coordinate with the project teams to set the marketing objectives and goals to respond to the programme objectives and goals.
- Masters in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum 6 years demonstrated experience as marketing coordinator preferably with marketing agency;
- High mobility. For this service the marketing coordinator will be requested to perform monthly missions to ESA centers (ESTEC, ECSAT, ESRIN ,…);
- Demonstrated experience in working in international and multicultural working environments;
- Knowledge of ESA and understanding of its programmes is an asset;
- Excellent communications skills, writing and synthesis skills
- Knowledge of another official ESA language is an asset;
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
