The Concierge act as our partner’s concierge responsible for providing system support, training, and advisements. They will also consult with clients on their marketing and recommend strategies that produce the leads needed to achieve their sales goals. Additionally, this role will be responsible for recommending additional marketing and lead-generation activities provided by Marketopia to improve overall performance.
This role consults and manages the marketing strategy for small to large IT Service Providers, MSPs, VARs, and other technology Consulting firms and is responsible for ensuring client success through superb customer services, marketing, and upselling.
Essential Functions
- Providing advisory support for client questions about The Growth Machine CRM solution.
- Consulting, Designing, Managing, and Selling Marketing & Demand Generation Solutions to existing clients.
- Responsible for providing monthly marketing updates to clients that purchase demand-generation solutions.
- Supporting Product Manager for The Growth Machine with system and data entry-related requests.
- Providing demonstrations for sales pursuits and client training.
- Ensure client satisfaction with regard to areas of opportunities or client needs.
- Managing campaigns and pursuits in Hubspot.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and experience
- At least 2+ years of experience; BBM (Bachelor of Business in Marketing) or relevant field is preferred
- 2-5 Years’ experience in an Account Management Success or similar position preferred.
- Experience with Marketing IT Products and Services Highly Desired
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or other related fields required
- Familiarity with CRM platforms; preferably Hubspot
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
