The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist – Premium and Pharma Solutions to join our MarCom team. In this role you will collaborate with marketing, sales and other key internal and external partners to plan, execute, monitor and evaluate marketing communications programs and campaigns.
You will be responsible for the project management of all marketing communications initiatives of the Premium and Pharma segments, including product launches, events, social, PR and advertising. You will also develop MarCom segment strategies and annual plans, and manage the MarCom segment budgets.
We are looking for a team player with a real talent for developing strong communication plans, who is a digital native, and excels in project management and cross-functional collaboration. The Responsibilities
- Develop MarCom segment strategies and lead the annual planning of campaigns and activities

Project management of all MarCom initiatives for the Premium and Pharma segments including product launches, events, social, PR and advertising;
- Develop 360 communication plans including clearly defined scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines
- Create clear and complete project briefings for our creative team tailored to target audiences
- Drive and coordinate projects from ideation to execution using Trello as project management software
- Plan and create high-quality content, including articles, sales collateral, case studies, and customer communications in collaboration with internal and external (freelancers/agencies) teams
- Coordinate the creation of post-project/event evaluation and report out and share with the team and key stakeholders
- Ensure all content is aligned with communication principles and tone of voice

Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Have regular check-ins with marketing segment leads and product managers, and join segment team meetings
- Ensure clarity on strategies, prioritization, planning and expectations between Marketing, Sales and MarCom teams

Manage MarCom segments budgets
- Ensure MarCom segment plans are executed within budget
- Request POs and manage accurate forecasting
The Skills Required:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices, such as SEO, email marketing, GA4, Google Ads, social media management.
- Fluent in English
- Initiative-driven, proactive, with an open learning mindset.
- Ability to develop strategies, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be highly organized in setting priorities.
- Demonstrates strong ownership and execution of projects, and is capable of managing the budgeting process within assigned projects.
- Ability to rearrange schedules to meet business needs and respond swiftly to changes or unforeseen problems.
- Skilled in creating slides for presentations (both customer-facing and internal).
- Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
