Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and well-experienced branding and communication expert with a passion for the medical device industry. The incumbent must be a self-starter, go-getter, organized, and detail-oriented. This position will report to the Marketing Communication Manager and work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of Intuitive Surgical branding & product communications and promotional activities to reach mainly for patients and who benefit from da Vinci® Surgery. This will allow us to leverage the company's resources to build the business across all media and distribution channels
- Execute patient awareness programs through collaboration between hospitals and various stakeholders within the guidelines of Korea Medical Association’s regulations and compliance
- Cooperate with APAC team to manage Intuitive global & Korea social media channel contents(Linked In & local channels)
- Support hospital marketing for nurse facing program
- Execute print material production with 3rd party designers and print vendors.
- Proofread and fact-check all materials used for show and event activities and post-event analysis
- Align with global internal communications, brand, and creative teams to help and manage branding guidance, authorization, and activities in Korea for both internal and external materials
Skill/Job Requirements
- BS degree
- Media relations, digital marketing experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills both in Korean and English
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills; ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams to reach common project goals
- Competent in and comfortable with production and desktop publishing ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel 10% of the time and work flexible hours, including weekends as required by travel schedule
