Marketing Communications Specialist

With the growing need to support customer-facing operational teams, we are seeking an intuitive, self-motivated, and experienced communications specialist to serve as project manager for all internally driven, non-marketing communications initiatives.

As the Marketing Communications Specialist you will be responsible for developing, editing, and maintaining content for presentations, email campaigns, newsletters, and web portals, as well as helping oversee the CRM to ensure our customers are consistently provided with timely, accurate, and relevant information related to Bridgeway. In this role, you will function as the liaison between various company departments and the marketing communications team to coordinate projects, facilitate information flow, and assure consistency in messaging and brand adherence across the organization. Working closely with the Marketing Communications Director, you will oversee a wide variety of marketing and business communications projects directed toward customer audiences.

This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates in the Philadelphia metro-area.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and proofread content for brochures, blogs, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, social media, and other materials as assigned.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, create, and deliver consistent and targeted customer communications.
  • Manage email newsletters ensuring clear and timely messaging with focus on copy writing, layout, and optimization.
  • Develop and design compelling marketing and thought leadership presentations.
  • Work on strategies to promote the company and services to various audiences.
  • Manage and maintain content on customer-facing web portal.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, tracking performance and suggesting improvements based on data insights.
  • Assist in event management, from content and logistics planning to post-event communications, including support of annual customer conference.
  • Help support CRM administration, assuring accurate delivery of communications and overall adherence to data hygiene and CRM best practices.
  • Ensure all communications align with company branding and tone of voice.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, or a related field
  • High proficiency copywriting, proofreading, and copy-editing skills in a B2B environment
  • Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, websites, and presentations
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and automation tools (HubSpot platform preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint presentation design
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Graphic design and page layout experience is a plus
