Your main mission as a Marketing & Communications Manager for LATAM will be to work closely with the LATAM Sales Team, International Brand and Communications team and Sales Enablement team. You will be responsible for implementing the local communications strategy and executing tailored activations. Your contributions will be vital to the success of our local strategy, ensuring effective execution aligned with the company's standards and objectives. Your mission also includes ensuring high-quality client experiences, with a focus on participant satisfaction during all events. Our clients primarily include agencies and brands from various industries.
Under the supervision of General Manager for LATAM and in close collaboration with International Brand & Communications and Sales Enablement teams, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the team to execute sales & comms campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in planning and coordinating sales driven events in LATAM, including public relations events and client-centric activations.
- Coordinate and communicate with local suppliers and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective coordination throughout the event lifecycle.
- Event Logistics:
- Manage local event logistics, including space or booth reservations, invitation management, travel coordination, etc.
- Monitor budgets allocated to events in LATAM.
- Communication:
- Collaborate with the Brand and Communications team to develop promotion and communication strategies for local events and content initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials (invitations, programs, etc.).
- PR & Content
- Local Benchmark: conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights relevant to the LATAM market.
- Support the creation of Spanish and Portuguese-language content for various platforms including press release, social media, blogposts, email campaigns, and video scripts.
- Team Coordination:
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure effective coordination for Sales & Communications activations release.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Sales Enablement collaterals adaptation:
- Adapt locally relevant advertising offers for Dailymotion advertising in collaboration with the global Sales Marketing team.
- Implement go to market strategies in collaboration with the Sales team taking into account cultural adaptation for LATAM markets
- Maintain marketing materials for Dailymotion advertising and insights solutions in the LATAM region (sales pitches, case studies, methodological papers, presentations for agency plenary sessions, advertiser presentations, etc.), in English, Spanish and Portuguese
Required Skills:
- 5+ Years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
- Education in communication, marketing, event management, or a similar field.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
