About the role
As a Marketing Intern, you will support initiatives aimed at increasing awareness, building relationships and facilitating dialogue with online communities with a particular focus on experts. This position offers an opportunity to gain practical
experience in community engagement, social media, and communication strategies. Experts are a key component of Dialectica’s core business and success. In this role, you will help develop new relationships with experts, as well as cultivate and leverage relationships with existing experts and ‘legends’.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on email inboxes, social media platforms and other communication channels including Trustpilot and GoogleMyBusiness.
- Engage with experts through online platforms, and email newsletters, to solicit feedback and gather insights.
- Answer expert queries from the expert community email inbox, Trustpilot account and GoogleMyBusiness reviews within the appropriate timeframe.
- Assist with complaints management within the agreed timeframes.
- Maintain a record of expert complaints/queries and provide a monthly synopsis and report.
- Escalate complaints to relevant departments and monitor ticket progress.
- Use critical thinking skills to identify gaps in expert communications and suggest actions for improvement.
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns that target existing and prospect experts.
Requirements
- Strong academic record.
- Effective teamwork skills, ability to work with other departments.
- Expert-level writing in English.
- Creative writing skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
