JOB SUMMARY:
The job holder is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing communications programmes of various Jewellery & Gem and SEASONS fairs as well as the Jewellery Media. He/She also provides administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the marcom programmes for Jewellery & Gem and SEASONS fairs, including but not limited to:
- Coordinate barter partnership arrangements
- Coordinate ad materials production
- Collect and organise publicity materials from exhibitors
- Translate English marketing materials into Chinese
- Support onsite marcom activities
- Support post-event activities such as survey results compilation
- Manage various Marcom contact lists
- Other tasks as required
- Supporting the marcom function of the Media team, including but not limited to:
- Reach out to partner establishments for Show Daily distribution and collect materials for publication
- Coordinate ad materials production
- Other tasks as required
- Providing Administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team, including but not limited to:
- Manage packaging and delivery of onsite materials
- Order stationery and other supplies
- Search for new vendors/suppliers
- Payment application
- Other tasks as required
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, English or Chinese
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is a must
- Strong Chinese writing skills will be a big advantage
- 2 years’ working experience, preferably in marketing, PR or event management
- Good aesthetic sense preferred
