Right now, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Support to join the team. In this role, you belong to the Commercial function within RA Bed & Bath textiles and report to the Team Manager, Commercial.

As Marketing & Communication Support, your main responsibilities are:

  • Lead the commercial year cycle in the functional dimension make sure templates and tools are in place and all appreciate part comes together.
  • Support the Commercial function in RA Bed & Bath textiles to execute an impactful, commercial and sellable offer through the entire product life cycle. 
  • Contribute to the commercial plan and act as a role to be part contributing and supporting in our deliveries.
  • Connect articles and add product briefs comments for all relevant sales and media channels including follow up.
  • Secure and maintain administration of commercial content of assigned range in all media channels and secure information to relevant stakeholder.
  • Create connection in product structure in for categorization on web.
  • Create commercial tagging and show/sales stop.
  • Publish communication in different channels to secure that information reaches relevant stakeholders on time.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have

  • Capability to bring data, information, and knowledge to understanding and transform it into insights within the scope of the assignment.
  • Good knowledge in the market and competitor landscape of the Home Furnishing Business that you are accountable for.
  • You are resourceful, able to prioritize and structure your work, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Experience managing large volumes of product information with attention to detail.
  • Experience from working with parallel deadlines, and a track record of meeting those deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills secure IKEA's tone of voice and you can engage and inspire by networking across functions and organizations.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
