YOUR ROLE:
We’re looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist with a very good understanding of marketing communication & strategies. The key objective of this role is to strengthen PALO IT’s positioning in the industry in Thailand as a Tech for Good company and supporting the business in achieving their strategic goals. This role will be part of an overall strategy to accelerate the growth of driving our business towards the tech for good space. The role would ideally suit a passionate, cross functional marketing professional, with a strong expertise in marketing communication, who enjoys autonomy and working in a dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Marketing Leadership: Lead end-to-end event marketing initiatives, including experience design, stakeholder collaboration, budget management, execution, ROI analysis, and on-site coordination. Drive corporate branding and sales objectives in alignment with overall business goals, while continuously refining strategies through detailed reporting and actionable insights.

Event Strategic Planning: Develop and implement event marketing strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals and adapt to evolving market conditions.

Marketing Communication: Collaborate closely with media, PR agencies, and tech-related communities to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives. Maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, stakeholders, and business partners, while aligning the company’s communications with the global team.

Content Marketing: Plan and execute content marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness and product visibility, crafting compelling content for event, email marketing, social media, and digital channels. Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Semrush, HubSpot, and social media insights, and adjust strategies based on data to maximize impact.

Marketing Support & Operations: Provide essential support to the marketing team in daily operations and assist with internal tasks from various stakeholders.

Public Relations & Partnership: Develop and manage strategic partnerships, represent the company, and engage with communities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

At least 4 years of experience in event management, digital marketing, media planning, content marketing, social media, or related fields.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.

Proven experience in managing events from planning through execution, including post-event analysis.

Strong understanding of B2B business dynamics, user behavior, and the broader ecosystem.

In-depth knowledge of the latest marketing technologies and trends, with the ability to effectively integrate them into marketing strategies.

Proficient in various methods of conveying ideas and concepts, such as storytelling, storyboards, mood boards, and social media planning.

Have connections with Mass media organization and PR agencies; a strong network of media contacts is a plus.

Experience in tech industry, software development, IT consulting, or related industries is advantageous.
SKILLS:

Event Management: Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end event management, including comprehensive stakeholder coordination.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable strategies.

Marketing Tools: Advanced knowledge of marketing tools, particularly HubSpot and Semrush; experience with Apollo and La Growth Machine is a plus.

Photography and Videography: Proficient in photography and videography using mobile phones and DSLR cameras; basic editing skills are a plus.

Visual Design: Skilled in creating compelling social media and marketing campaign content, including still images and videos; visual design expertise is advantageous.

Creative Tools: Proficiency in creative tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite; experience with Miro is considered an advantage.
Your role as PALO IT Ambassador
You will be invited to take part in R&D works done within our Practices. You will have the chance to assist or be a speaker at must-attend international IT conferences. You will have the opportunity to write articles for our Blog or specialized press. Genuine ambassador of PALO IT, you will present our offers and take an active role in the development of the company. In addition, you will contribute to the social, environmental and purpose driven objectives and initiatives of PALO IT in order to positively impact our environment, customers, communities and ourselves as an organization and individual.
