Spectra Logic is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our demand gen efforts and collaborate in driving the go-to-market strategy for our data storage and data management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing campaign strategies that drive lead generation and customer engagement for our product.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Design and execute demand generation campaigns that attract and convert high-quality leads.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects throughout the buyer’s journey.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaign messaging accordingly.

Collaborate across sales, digital marketing, and product marketing teams to understand product features and benefits, and craft compelling campaign narratives.
- Own and maintain the campaign calendar, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, creative, email, social media, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Analyze campaign performance, reporting, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in campaign management, preferably within the storage, software, or technology sector.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (MS Dynamics 365 a plus).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
COMPENSATION:
Base salary range: $80,000 - $100,000. While this salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, a candidate’s actual salary will be competitive based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible to receive incentive compensation based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved.
