Marketing Campaign Manager

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, as our new Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll contribute directly to new customer pipeline creation, cross-sell and upsell efforts. You’ll own key growth channels while supporting the sales team at industry events and conferences. 

In collaboration with the broader Marketing team, you’ll also learn about demand generation and account-based marketing techniques while progressing your skills accordingly. In the process, you’ll actively seek out ways to inspire your teammates, bring new ideas that will move the business forward and live company values in the process. 

 

Please note this is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week required in our El Segundo office. Salary range is $80-90k (based on experience) plus 20 days PTO, paid sick leave & birthday leave.

Responsibilities

  • Own Email Marketing Operations for New and Existing Customers 
  • Own email marketing KPIs and lay the groundwork toward using email to substantially increase and influence pipeline
  • Fully own the email schedule and all email sends globally 
  • Coordinate with other marketing teammates to ensure customer communications reach the right audience with maximum engagement 
  • Fully own behavior-based automations
  • Execute a lead nurturing plan that will increase engagement and create sales conversations
  • Manage global account suppression lists. 
  • Recommend and select field and web-based events likely to drive pipeline
  • Work within budget and in close collaboration with Sales and the CMO to select, execute and fully support in-person and remote events
  • Own the event calendar and ensure you or supporting team members execute on all required success factors.
  • Own Select Vendor Comparison Site Review Generation & Pipeline Generation Channel
  • Additional Duties as needed, including but not limited to:

    • Podcast production

    • Data collection and analysis

    • Sales/Marketing team coordination

    • Industry research 

    • Social media posting and planning

    • Outbound sales email creation

  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting

  • A strong interesting in growing the company’s mindshare on LinkedIn
