We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing/Business Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in digital customer experience research, customer interviews, marketing activities and campaigns, and event data management. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the tech industry and gain practical skills that will kickstart your career in marketing and business development. This position will involve collaborating with our global team, which may entail attending meetings scheduled as late as 6 PM Finnish time.

What you will be working on:

• Conduct pre-study research on digital customer experience trends and best practices.
• Assist in conducting customer interviews to gather insights and feedback.
• Contribute and support customer advocacy, customer communications and customer marketing campaigns.
• Support administrative tasks related to event and webinar data management in our marketing and sales tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Learn the operational requirements for event and webinar data management and planning; execute some basic operational tasks.

What we are looking for:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

This is a three-four months fixed-term contract starting in May 2024 (start date to be agreed). The role requires being on-site in the office, the new M-Files headquarter close to the downtown of Tampere, Finland.
We are not sponsoring relocation for the role and will not consider applicants outside of Finland.
