Marketing's purpose is to raise awareness of Civica’s expertise with its chosen audiences, in its chosen markets. Driving consideration of our products and services & ensuring that prospects & customers prefer Civica solutions relative to the competition. In doing so we drive sufficient volumes of high quality, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the Sales organisation in a timely fashion to deliver on our revenue ambition.

The Marketing Business Partner will partner with our Healthcare Technology Business within Civica and manage the relationship between various marketing teams to deliver marketing strategy to the business area.

  • You’ll be adept at building relationships and getting results.
  • You will represent marketing at an SLT level across the business and be the ‘go-to’ marketing expert for your area. You’ll be expected to build, manage and grow the funnel, confidently communicating plans and results and partnering with sales to optimise and improve velocity.
  • This is a pivotal role in the marketing organisation that requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, strong project management & problem-solving skills, excellent communication and demonstrable stakeholder management experience - and an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. 

Requirements

  • Extensive stakeholder management experience – demonstrable experience of working within SLTs and C Suite to deliver successful marketing programmes that deliver results 
  • Excellent and demonstrable collaboration skills  
  • Highly numerate – proven ability to manage budgets – planning, phasing, forecasting of plans, MQLs and spend  
  • Highly analytical and data driven decision making, comfortable in utilising metrics and tools to inform decision making, and presenting those to others. 
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Proven marketing strategist – 10+ years’ experience, preferably in B2B tech/SaaS market
