Marketing Automation Specialist
The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our email marketing platforms to ensure seamless campaign execution and audience engagement. This role will serve as a subject matter expert on multiple email platforms, including Pardot, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp, and will play a critical role in audience segmentation, campaign setup, reporting and platform migration.

Serve as a subject matter expert for Pardot, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp.

Manage audience maintenance across multiple email platforms.

Generate and analyze monthly email reports to measure campaign performance.

Build and send emails across various platforms with precision and attention to detail.

Develop HTML email builds for paid media campaigns.

Create custom Salesforce reports for targeted audience segmentation.

Lead audience segmentation efforts to ensure relevant and personalized content delivery.

Set up and execute campaigns within Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.

Lead form integration efforts with Salesforce and Click Dimensions.

Design and implement email automation journeys using Pardot, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp.

Oversee platform migration initiatives for Pardot, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Advanced certification in email marketing platforms such as Pardot, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp is preferred.

Proven coursework or certifications in data analysis or digital marketing is a plus.

Proven experience working with multiple email platforms, including Pardot, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp.

Extensive experience in building and sending emails.

Strong background in email reporting and data analysis.

Experience in form setup and response management.

Proficiency in creating custom reports and audience segmentation within Salesforce.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
