The role
The role will champion a data-driven approach to driving improvement and optimising initiatives for marketing operations. You will be responsible for the marketing automation stack and work closely with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to plan and deliver ideas that drive customer acquisition, solution adoption and customer retention. With a strong understanding of marketing technology and best practices, you will help turn business requirements into reality, so all teams have the technology and insights they need to continuously improve customer acquisition and customer experience.
Day to day
- Set the strategy for optimising current and future HubSpot functionality to drive improved operational performance of our frontline teams.
- Define and Implement HubSpot configuration changes within our Design Authority guardrails e.g., Workflows, properties, playbooks, templates, sequences, processes, properties, dashboards, and reports.
- Identifies unused or under-utilized platform features and execute enhancement ideas to drive core business goals and operational performance.
- Work with key stakeholders to operate, and iteratively improve our HubSpot capabilities, as well as help prioritize and build consensus around HubSpot, process and outcomes
- Work with Sales, Services, Support and Success to ensure data integrity within the HubSpot environment including - but not limited to - companies, contacts, deals, and tickets and provide visibility to leaders on performance.
- Build best practice automation workflows.
- Provide day-to-day support on HubSpot, prioritizing and processing requests, including data imports/exports, reporting, and other ad hoc requests.
About you
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experienced administrator in HubSpot Sales, Marketing and Service hubs.
- Demonstrate a technical understanding of HubSpot systems, configurations, and definitions, enabling efficient issue resolution.
- HubSpot Certified.
- Experience using a variety of analytical tools e.g. SQL, SPSS, SAS etc.
- Experience using a variety of BI (Business Intelligence) tools e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Tableau etc
- Demonstrated experience in understanding HubSpot Marketing solutions and adherence to clear governance principals and guardrails
- Previous experience in areas such as Technology, Financial Services, Insurance and Super, Acquisition/Retention or Contact Centre environments will be highly regarded
- Core understanding of delivery frameworks such as Agile/Waterfall, and previous BA/PM experience working within IT and business units executing delivery of core projects
- Proven stakeholder management, and relationship development skills
- Understanding of change/transformation principles, implementation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills and an ability to influence at all levels of the organization
