The Marketing Automation Manager will utilize skills as a specialist in both Marketing Automation and Sales Enablement & Automation. This newly created position will analyzedata-driven insights, refinestrategies and automate processes to boost performance, operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Requirements for the Marketing Automation Manager:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing operations, marketing automation or sales automation. Hands-on experience or certification with Salesforce, HubSpot and/or Outreach a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B organization, direct-to-end user market or organization with complex marketing-sales hand-offs
- Proficiency in email marketing, lead nurturing, sales automation and enablement, and campaign execution
- Deep understanding of CRM functionalities, automation, and data management
- Highly adaptable with strong listening skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Responsibilities of the Marketing Automation Manager:
- Develop and Execute Automation Strategies across Lifecycle: Design and/or implement effective marketing automation and sales sequence strategies to enhance outbound campaigns, lead generation, nurture campaigns, customer engagement and overall revenue growth using platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce and Outreach.
- Act as the strategic execution lead on all aspects of marketing automation and email marketing with respects to process design, process execution, data quality, system enhancements, and integrations
- Create and deploy new CRM/lifecycle automation to support cross-departmental (i.e., sales, marketing, customer experience) goals
- Drive the execution of database re-engagement, cold and targeted outbound communications, and other growth initiatives, employing automation to streamline processes and scale operations effectively
- Monitor and maintain data hygiene and database/CRM health to ensure accurate targeting and reporting
- Report on key audience, campaign, and pipeline performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with overarching business goals and objectives
- Develop dashboards and ad hoc reporting
- Collaborate closely with the content, product marketing and design team to enhance customer engagement and synchronize messaging and branding across all touchpoints
