Job Context 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join the CRG Customer Relationships marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing automation, the role will be responsible for creating, developing, optimising and reporting on marketing campaigns and tests across multiple channels.  


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and build of campaign flows to successfully move readers through the customer journey - from nurture to convert to engage to retain 
  • Build and monitor campaign flows across multiple channels, including email, onsite messages and in-app/push notifications
  • Build, monitor and optimise audience builds used across paid media channels, reporting on reach and match rate
  • Ensure campaign setup and processes are in line with overall platform architecture and lead flow/scoring programs
  • Serve as technical support for campaign issues and manage campaign documentation to track changes and issues
  • Contribute to best practice, adding to the team’s knowledge share
  • Create and maintain closed-loop marketing reports to understand marketing programs and channel performance
  • Work with the marketing team to plan, execute, and measure quarterly AB tests to drive continued performance and improve customer engagement and acquisition or retention
  • Ensure best deliverability practices by building, testing, and monitoring sent emails, ensuring that they function correctly across all major email clients and devices
  • Deliver regular comprehensive reporting on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimise performance

Person Specification

Essential Skills

  • One or more years of experience in a marketing automation role
  • Experience in marketing automation, including nurture, segmentation and program reporting
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Knowledge of best-in-class deliverability practices
  • Must be proactive and be able to operate with limited supervision from line manager
  • A team player who is a strong, confident communicator and collaborator
  • Ability to think creatively, ask questions and test ideas
  • Knowledge of GDPR and its impact on Marketing and Communications globally.

 

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Bloomreach or similar marketing automation platform 
  • A graduate with a degree ideally in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Marketo certified
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Google Analytics
  • An understanding of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)
  • Proven experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
