It is an amazing time to join our team. You’ll become a vital part of our marketing operation, which works collaboratively with experienced specialists in design research, UX, UI, Scrum, product, data and cyber security, alongside developers specialising in native, hybrid and web technologies.

As we cement our plans for 2025, we are looking for a talented Marketing Assistant to join our business on a permanent basis. 


This is a hybrid role working from any of our offices in the UK (Dundee, Glasgow, Edinburgh or London).


As a Marketing Assistant your duties will include:

  • Content Development:

    • Assist in generating thematic thought leadership content alongside subject matter experts for our owned channels.

    • Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for social media channels using native platforms or scheduling tools.

  • Digital Advertising:

    • Set up and manage small-scale campaigns on various digital ad platforms 

    • Assist in tracking campaign performance and optimising ad spend for better ROI.

  • Content Marketing:

    • Develop and manage content amplification strategies both internally and externally, such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.

  • Data & Analytics:

    • Use Google Analytics to access and interpret web traffic data, creating basic reports that inform marketing strategy.

    • Analyse data to identify trends and report on key metrics, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

  • Internal Communication & Reporting:

    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders about ongoing projects, priorities, and progress toward goals.

    • Raise concerns around brand safety, business security, and marketing fidelity when necessary to ensure integrity and compliance.
