As a Marketing Associate, you will help plan and implement our marketing, advertising, and communications activities supporting business growth through qualified sales leads, brand awareness, and thought leadership.
What You'll Do at OM1
- Manage daily administrative tasks and deliverables supporting marketing and sales programs and objectives
- Coordinate conference, webinar, and other event-related tasks, including managing the conference calendar and pre- and post-conference activities
- Review and make edits to the OM1 website, social networks, and partner sites
- Support advertising campaigns through content creation, editing, and submission
- Support digital and direct outreach campaigns through list creation and management, content creation and design, and tracking and distribution
- Collaborate with sales, visual design, product marketing and external vendors (such as printers) to support collateral creation, including brochures, postcards, fact sheets, infographics, and more
- Conduct market research and surveillance to identify new opportunities and competitive activities and messaging
- Create and share reports on marketing and sales metrics
- Track ongoing marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
What You'll Bring to OM1
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools, such as Hubspot / Pardot, Adobe Creative Cloud, GotoWebinar, and Google Adwords and Analytics
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and ability to multi-task and work in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred
- 1 year or more as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Some travel to conferences and events required
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times
