Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Loyalty and Rewards Program. Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, this role will be accountable for supporting the team with day-to-day loyalty and rewards marketing and operational activities.

What you’ll do

  • LOYALTY (80%)
  • Daily tasks
  • Organize and plan member acquisition and retaining campaigns based on users’ segmentation.
  • Perform day-to-day operations, admin support and system maintenance, such as collateral preparation and promotion campaign setup.
  • Keep track of the usage/ stock of rewards
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, establish and perform bonus crediting, refund process when necessary.
  • Weekly/ Monthly Tasks:
  • Develop reports for tracking the effectiveness of loyalty and partner promotions.
  • Act as key contact and point of escalation for Rewards program and operational enquiries (Finance, Partners, Customer Service)
  • Identify and onboard potential vendors to join Rewards program, as well as establish communication plan for both parties to improve performance.
  • Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager

  • CAMPAIGN COMMUNICATIONS (20%)
  • Make content brief and work with designers to create engaging visual assets for Rewards campaigns.
  • Develop content on blogs, websites, social, in-app to support the Rewards' growth.
  • In charge of setting communications across channels (EDM, in-app banner, social, etc.) for Rewards campaigns.

What you’ll need

  • Education: Diploma/degree in Business/Marketing is preferable 
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years relevant experience in execution of marketing campaigns and reporting
  • Experience and understanding of marketing, loyalty and rewards program operation is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, handling multiple projects and ensure timeline is met.
  • Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken in Vietnamese and English.
