We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team at the real estate business unit of TEMES.  The Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive leads, and promote our resort real estate offerings. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an aspiring marketing professional to contribute to the growth and success of our real estate business.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead content development processes (photo/video shooting), liaising with production and creative teams for the creation of audiovisual content.  
  • Facilitate the production of sales and marketing material such as brochures, presentations, proposals, and property listings.
  • Support the coordination of events, trade shows, and property exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with the company’s PR team to support media and PR activities that advance Real Estate objectives.
  • Work closely with media agencies to maintain an advertising calendar.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competition, and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and manage customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
  • In total 5 years in comms and marketing and at least 2 in a similar role or at least 3 years in a marketing agency.
  • Knowledge of photo/video editing and or graphic design software is a plus.
