As our Marketing Assistant, you will work behind the scenes to create unforgettable nights for fans by supporting campaigns, collaborating on innovative projects, and helping drive fan engagement across events from concerts to family shows and sporting events. Responsibilities:
Marketing Support (80%):
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to promote events and drive ticket sales
- Provide marketing support for concerts, family shows, sporting events, tenants, and other miscellaneous events
- Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of show marketing campaigns and venue branding campaigns to maximize awareness and exposure in the market and the industry
- Assist in coordinating and executing promotional events and activities, such as pre-event parties and giveaways
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, such as media outlets and sponsors, to maximize event exposure
- Coordination of marketing programs and initiatives, including but not limited to post show survey, marketing summary and internal arena show database
- Coordinate and implement grassroots marketing efforts
- Create, edit, and maintain graphic design materials including sales decks, marketing content, and more
- Maintain and manage venue website, social media platforms, and other various interactive marketing outlets for the venue
- Manage the creation and content of email and social media marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Group Sales Support (20%):
- Assist with all aspects of the group sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales
- Execute group sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns
- Respond to all inquiries, requests, and needs of group sales clients, including but not limited to ticket requests, service issues, and group packages
- Maintain and update the group sales database and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Responsible for onsite representative for groups in attendance to ensure the best experience
- Prepare and distribute group sales reports and analytics as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, media/marketing, or promotions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic Photoshop and Canva skills, desirable.
- Experience in using social media platforms for marketing purposes
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule
