Marketing Assistant

Let’s start with the role

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the positive promotion of  the Betano brand in Brazil by assisting in the implementation of marketing projects and ideas, reporting directly to the Marketing Executive. You will also play a proactive role in bringing creative ideas and efficient strategies to the marketing team while engaging with all departments across the organization. 

As a Marketing Assistant, you will:

• Plan, brief, deliver, and report on multi-channel marketing campaigns;
• Communicate daily with media partners and agencies to ensure successful campaign execution (including the collection and distribution of creative materials);
• Cooperate and align with other internal departments like CRM, Product and Trading to provide materials and collect results from previous initiatives; 
• Extract data for reports in cooperation with other internal teams to ensure adequate reporting and identify opportunities and learnings from campaigns and initiatives;
• Plan and conduct market and competition analysis;
• Communicate daily with media partners and agencies to ensure the execution of campaigns (including collection and distribution of creative materials);

What you’ll bring:

• At least one professional experience in a marketing support role in a company, or media planning or project / account management in an advertising agency;
• BA in marketing or a relevant field;
• Experience with media planning and reporting in ATL and BTL channels: TV, Digital (including Social Media and Performance marketing), Radio, OOH & Event Advertising;
• Experience composing inspiring and innovative creative and media briefs;
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills in English;
• Proficiency in reports and BI analysis;
• Strong organization skills, maintaining a view of the overall projects while meeting critical milestones;
• Innovation and creativity in problem-solving;
• Exhibit self-awareness, authenticity and a results-driven mindset, demonstrating the ability to work towards short-, medium- and long-term goals, balancing and committing to multiple agendas and tasks.
