We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant (based in Messinia) to join our dynamic team at the Golf business unit of Panorama. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive leads, and promote our golf offerings. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an aspiring marketing professional to contribute to the growth and success of our golf business.
Main responsibilities as part of Golf team:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities to support golf sales,
- Collaborate with the senior marketing department to develop and maintain the marketing calendar,
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives, including website content updates, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising,
- Assist in the production of marketing materials such as brochures, digital content, and golf listings,
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify market trends, competition, and opportunities,
- Support the coordination of events, trade shows, and media/familiarization trips,
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases and managing customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain/adhere to company Brand Standards, Policies & SOPs,
- Communication Skills Spoken, Written and Email etiquette.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems,
- Highly organized and detail oriented,
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
- Enthusiasm for staying updated on marketing trends and industry developments,
- Interacts with high integrity always demonstrating honesty, good will, and positive attitude,

Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
- Valid Driver's License,
- Software and computer skills (Excel-Word-Power Point-Outlook),
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field,
- Knowledge of the Golf Industry (Hospitality) is an advantage.
