Role
WeMoms is looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Artist/Motion Designer to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Artist/Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging visual content that will help us promote and grow our brand. You will work closely with our User Acquisition team to create content for social media, online advertising, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for video and motion graphics
- Create original and innovative video content that stands out and captivates audiences for use in social media, and online advertising
- Continuously improve upon existing video content by testing and analyzing performance metrics
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new and creative ideas for video content
- Conduct research and identify emerging trends in video marketing and storytelling
- Become a creative expert in “Consumer Apps” marketing, benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
- More specifically manage User-Generated Content (UGC), including creating briefs, sourcing agencies, and validating concepts
Profile
- Strong proficiency in video editing and post-production software such as After Effect but also the Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to create and implement creative concepts that align with the brand’s identity and messaging
- Comfortable with data interpretation and basic Marketing KPIs (ex: Click Through Rate)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion graphics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or related field
- Excellent communication skills that help you diffuse knowledge across teams and align people to work successfully on their projects
