We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or Project Manager (Business Administration generalist with a high level of motivation and intelligence) to join our FULLY REMOTE team and to work directly with our CEO, Matthias Bellmann to work on our newest business area: the “Million Dollar Creators” 💰Check this out on Youtube, Spotify or Apple Podcast 🤩

Requirements
- Experience in a diverse range of disciplines such as sales, marketing, project management, product management, design, digital, lead management, and videography.
- Strong business acumen and a drive to make an impact.
- Social Media understanding and implementation from A-Z: know the latest trends, what will work and what won’t. Maybe you’re a creator yourself?
- Ability to take ownership of new business areas, demonstrating a proactive approach to personal and professional growth.
- Ideally, the candidate will have a background from a renowned International Business School in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
- Fluent in English
What you'll be working on
- Build and curate a meaningful database, iterate on improvements, and ensure its active utilization and marketing.
- Manage podcast activities including guest outreach, audience expansion, and brand building for "Million Dollar Creators".
- Drive quality enhancements in podcast, marketing, social media, and video editing.
- Lead a small project team, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and meeting project deadlines.
- Foster an entrepreneurial mindset and acquire talent within our primarily US target audience.
