As Marketing & Sales Support you will be responsible for strategic planning, execution of communication activities, Digital Sales activities, provide support to sales representatives of Doka Bulgaria and customer service best practices. In addition, you are responsible for the further development and promotion of the online shop.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement country strategy for Marketing and eCommerce
- Develop local brand awareness according to corporate brand manual
- Responsibility for marketing budget
- Manage Doka Online shop
- Create and maintain best practices of customer service
- Provide data and guides to help sales team
Operational tasks:
- Campaign management (concept, implementing, monitoring)
- Digital Marketing activities
- Product launches (in close collaboration with Sales & Product Management)
- Active monitoring of market trends and customer needs
- Organize local customer events, trainings and exhibitions
- Corporation with universities (in close collaboration with respective departments)
- Coordinating press releases
- Responsible for eCommerce
- Increase employee branding
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Analyze sales trends and suggest sales process improvements
