We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing intern to join our multicultural team. Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:
- Design compelling marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
- Create engaging visual content (e.g., videos, presentations, infographics) for various marketing channels.

Marketing activity Planning & Execution:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute a wide range of activities.
- Manage all aspects of activity logistics (e.g.vendor coordination, and activity execution).
- Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in creating engaging content (e.g. graphics, videos, social media posts) for various business marketing channels ensuring brand consistency.

Marketing Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both online and offline channels.
- Implement and monitor marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to optimize results.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and foster a collaborative work environment.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges, demonstrating a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to take ownership of solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.

Education: Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field for the 6-month duration of the internship starting February 2025.

Experience:
- Marketing role with a strong emphasis on graphic design and Activity management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software.
- Experience in planning and executing successful activity for diverse audiences.

Skills:
- Exceptional graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collaterals.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook (experience with SharePoint is a plus).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven result-oriented environment.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal / written).
- German language is preferred, French language is a bonus skill.
- Capable of working in a team but also independently.
