We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Lead to help support the 'Win' and 'Execute' side of the Atlantic Region business.
This is your chance to contribute to the success of offshore and renewable energy projects while ensuring the contractual and commercial position of our company.
In this role, you will have four key areas of focus. Firstly, you will review, qualify, and negotiate client-issued contracts during the tendering phase. Secondly, you will provide support to the Procurement/Supply-chain department in reviewing, qualifying, and negotiating sub-contracts. Thirdly, you will assist in contract management for live offshore and renewable energy projects. Lastly, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing contracting strategies for key clients and vendors.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Strategy and Campaign Management: Develop and implement the company’s marketing and communications strategy to support business growth and brand awareness.
- Brand Management: Ensure the consistency and integrity of the brand across all communication platforms and materials.
- Content Oversight: Collaborate with the Service Line Team Leads and other key stakeholders (including the Digital Content / Videographer) to produce and distribute high-quality visual and written content showcasing company projects (onshore and offshore).
- Internal and External Communication: Manage newsletters, internal updates, press releases, and all external communications.
- Event Management: Oversee the company’s presence at industry events and conferences, coordinating marketing materials and promotional activities.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital channels, including the social media platforms, and online campaigns.

Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing and communications.
- Experience in the subsea or marine industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership, project management and communication skills
