Marketing and Communication Specialist

  • Develop content and manage a content calendar across all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.) in coordination with Communications and Marketing Teams.  
  • Build strategies with talent acquisition for talent needs across the organization. 
  • Plan recruitment media campaigns through social media and email marketing, measure and report on campaign results.  
  • Design and execute internal campaigns to drive employee referrals and employee engagement.  
  • Oversee company’s career site and suggest improvements, produce and coordinate content for careers website, and help maintain employer profiles across social media channels (i.e. Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed) 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive qualified traffic and leads.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and external agencies to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and technology solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 -5 years of Brand Marketing / Talent Marketing experience  
  • The ability to collaborate with different teams while driving a project from conception to completion.  
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and implement priorities; manage multiple tasks, in dynamic fast-paced setting High degree of self-motivation, drive, creativity, and innovation.  
  • Excellent communication skills; presentation, written, and verbal.
