You are inspired by our vision to create a better everyday life for the many people and believe that Marketing & Communication will contribute to growing the IKEA business and brand. You have an interest in life at home and home furnishing and feel passionate about understanding behavior, people, and the future as well as energy to learn and develop every day.
You have senior experience in developing and implementing global marketing and communication initiatives for large businesses and brands. You have extensive strategic understanding of the IKEA Concept and value chain (Retail, Range and Supply).
You lead with a visionary and inspirational approach and are skilled in communication and change management. You have a strong ability to build trust and strong working relationships across a wide diversity of people on all levels in the organization and you can conceptualize complex issues to generate buy-in and drive decisions and consensus.

This is a permanent role based in Älmhult. Your role as Development leader is crucial for developing our business, so we believe that your presence with the team and working majority of the time in the office is important. It could be necessary to operate the role partly at the Range Development Centre hub in Shanghai why it might be needed for you to be present there for some periods of time as well.
