About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist who is adept at integrating advanced analytics and AI into strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves utilizing data-driven insights and AI applications to optimize marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.

Please note that relocation to Latin American countries is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop AI trajectories for specific marketing use cases, leveraging LLMs like GPT, Bart, and Llama to improve customer behaviors and optimize marketing campaigns;
  • Analyze marketing data and propose actionable solutions to address customer needs, combining AI-generated insights with traditional analytics to enhance strategy formulation;
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and customers to ensure the effective integration of marketing strategies and technological solutions;
  • Create dynamic dashboards and reports using advanced visualization tools to clearly communicate insights and outcomes;
  • Maintain a keen understanding of the latest trends in the marketing industry, focusing on solving real-world marketing issues and enhancing data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in marketing analytics, with experience in utilizing AI for marketing applications;
  • Proficient in visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Power BI;
  • Solid knowledge of Large Language Models and their practical applications in marketing;
  • Strong understanding of core marketing principles and advanced analytics, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop effective marketing strategies;
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and make informed decisions;
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts effectively, both internally and in client interactions;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Relevant certifications in Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Programmatic Platforms such as DV360/CM;
  • Experience in software or AI development;
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
