This is a full time hybrid role: Monday to Thursday in the office, Friday - remote.

The Email Marketing Team is responsible for driving customer loyalty through targeted Email and App Push Marketing campaigns. By leveraging advanced data science and personalization strategies, we tailor each email and push notification to match each customer’s unique interests and purchase intent. Our goal is to maximize long-term customer engagement by continuously testing and refining our content to ensure it resonates with our audience.

What you will do

  • Own the growth strategy for our B2C or B2B email and push notification campaigns in Europe.
  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, root out key insights, and create data-driven strategies to enhance relevance, personalization, and performance of our email & push notifications.
  • A/B test innovative ideas for optimizing email and push notifications, leveraging our experimentation platform to improve engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement technology-driven improvements that elevate campaign effectiveness, streamline processes, and meet evolving business needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders—including Creative, Promotions, Data Science, and MarTech teams—to coordinate, plan, and execute high-impact campaigns and experiments that align with our brand goals.
  • Analyze and monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make optimizations to drive channel performance.
  • Use a suite of analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio, Google BigQuery) to report on the outcomes of tests and monitor channel performance, providing actionable insights to drive ongoing improvement.

What You Need

  • At least Bachelor degree in a quantitative field of study: math, sciences, engineering, economics, or business
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, and/or strategy with an analytical emphasis is highly valued
  • Experience with performance marketing is a big plus
  • Strong business acumen, hunger for driving results and improvement-driven mindset - you quickly grasp KPIs and metrics, and constantly look for opportunities to improve performance
  • Strong quantitative analytics with a technical lean - ability to generate insights and solutions or build a story and strategy from large data sets. SQL / GBQ / Python / R knowhow is preferred
  • A total ownership mindset - ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a dynamic bias for action and a “get stuff done” attitude
  • Excellent critical thinking and stakeholder management skills - ability to break down and communicate complex ideas and influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (German is plus)
