Job Overview

Bowling Crew is a new casual competitive online game that gives players a chance to take on each other in fantastic bowling alleys.

The project has been successfully launched on iOS and Android, and despite the recent release, it is already played by millions of players around the world.

Now the Bowling Crew is small, but we have big plans for the development of the project, in connection with which we are starting to search for a specialist for the position of Marketing Analyst.

Lead Data Scientist

What will you do?

• Participate in the development of infrastructure and data pipelines for collecting and storing marketing data.
• Involve in setting KPIs and evaluating the performance of user acquisition channels and campaigns to optimize marketing spend.
• Develop understandable dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Maintain business accounts and integrations with Advertising Partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities for the mobile games market.

• Model Development: Investigate, suggest, and attempt new model builds including Marketing Mix Models (MMM).

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years experience in a similar position.
• Deep understanding of how mobile attribution works.
• Well-familiar with mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer preferable).
• Good understanding of statistics and probability theory.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Advanced SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Python and popular libraries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience in at least one data visualization solution (Tableau, Qlik, MS Power BI, or other).

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Practical experience in handling business accounts of advertising networks (Google, Meta, Unity, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with attribution modeling.
