After three years of regulatory struggle, Kalshi's historic regulatory approval from the CFTC has allowed it to launch a new asset class: event contracts. As the Surveillance Lead, you will oversee the suite of surveillance operations at Kalshi.
Your responsibilities will include:
We are looking for intellectually curious, highly motivated individuals to be foundational members of our surveillance team. You should have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, an ability to manage ambiguity, and a knack for working across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
This salary range is based on the current available market data and represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but a broad range of experience is represented within roles.
