We have an exciting opportunity for a Market & Competition Researcher (Casino) to join our Strategy team. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will create, collate and share high quality market, competitor and industry insight that informs our strategic direction. 

This role would be well suited to an experienced Market Researcher with solid years of experience in the online gaming industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Understand and document key market trends across different verticals
  • Deep dive analysis into key players in the industry
  • Work closely with other customer research team members and  cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics
  • Collation and distillation of available information into reports, comparisons and insight for internal stakeholders
  • Manage external agencies and contractors who produce research

What you will bring to the role:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in the research industry. Specifically competitor research, at least 2-3 years.
  • Strong knowledge of online gaming
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (Interviews, Focus groups, surveys etc).
  • Project Management
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
  • Basic/Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and Google Slides
  • Ability to derive analysis from raw excel data files and report on findings through Powerpoint, Word, Google Slides, Google docs.
  • Experience with remote working or remote work management
