The Opportunity
The Global Finance Modernisation (GF Mod) Market Change Lead is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoptions and usage. The GF Mod Market Change Lead focuses on preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business process, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more.
The goal of the GF Mod Market Change Lead is to drive faster adoption, higher utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employee’s daily work.

What Team will I be a part of?
You will be part of the UK&I ‘Change’ team. This small but hugely important team connects people across our business to focus on delivering the right projects, in the best way, to achieve our business goals. It proactively and independently challenges and innovates, working diligently to improve the way we work and deliver change as a business.
In this role you will also dotted line into a Global Change Team who are accountbale for the full Global Finance Modernisation Programme, of which the UK&I is one market. This team will lead the Global Change methodology, for which you will localize for the UK&I.
