What You'll Do
- Partner with credentialing, legal, licensing, revenue cycle and other teams to manage contracting process including: creative ld generation, discovery, contract evaluations and supporting live deal negotiations, and closings
- Help develop the strategic plan for provider and ancillary contracting in all markets
- Partner with regional account managers to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and contract implementations upon closing
- Cultivate, manage, and maintain long-term, productive relationships with health plans and medical groups
- Work with analytics and revenue cycle teams to create OKRs to optimize rate structures, increase overall annual revenue, and renegotiate contracted rates with payers
- Act as a liaison between market access and field teams to gather and address any payer issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop special reports and execute special projects
About You
- Quantitative track record of exceptional performance
- Resourceful grittiness - you respond to adversity with a combination of perseverance and creativity
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and manage complex projects. You feel comfortable taking ownership of a project from start to finish with minimum supervision
- Process oriented - you can define and optimize workflows that support quality, timely outreach to hundreds of inbound leads per month
- Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within fast paced environment
- Customer-centric with strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills are required (Minimum C1)
- Healthcare experience is a plus
