What will you be doing?

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative technology graduates to be part of our growing team. At Navarino, you will also enjoy a thriving career with a dynamic international leader in the technology within shipping sector.  After an extensive and in-depth training program, as a member of our Maritime Communications Technical Support team on a full-time basis and you will provide five-star customer service and promote this idea throughout the organization. Our goal is to provide excellent customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and meet customer expectations. Your focus area will be to provide technical service-related support to the customers for all our products and services, mainly in network and system related issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring the smooth operation of our products. The department works on a 24/7 shift schedule where the out of office hours shifts, including weekends, bank holidays & night shifts are remote.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

 

Additional good-to-have requirements or interests in: 

  • Understanding of OSI Layer, TCP/IP networking and firewall
  • Linux basic user knowledge
  • Understanding in networking products and technology such as routing and switching
