Summary/Objective

In manufacturing, quality control is a process that ensures customers receive products free from defects and meet their needs.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.

1. 品質文件準備/Quality documents (SOP, WI, Manual, Boundary) preparation.

Daily in-coming and outgoing inspection/testing (included prepare all related documents, results released and filed)

1. 品質系統要求/Quality system (CQA, PICS, ITS) requirements
2. 每日產線巡檢/ Daily production line IPA audit
3. 客戶抱怨品質異常處理及異常改善對策追蹤執行/ Customer complaint quality issue handling and follow up the corrective actions.
4. IPA周報準備和問題追蹤結案/IPA audit weekly report and QP tracking & closure.
5. QP suite周報準備和問題追蹤結案/QP suite weekly report and QP tracking & closure.
6. NR order品質檢討會報/NR order quality review summary report
7. 熟悉各物料量測手法/ Familiar with the measurement methods
